This is not surprising, as valuable and truly informative content is one of Google’s main ranking factors. So if you take care of selling gardening tools you wouldn’t want to have ‘’ as your URL. However, something along the lines of ‘’ works perfectly fine. Sometimes it’s much harder to choose a title for a page than to fill it with content. The title should be unique and at the same time contain an important keyword. But apart from meaningless waffling, copying text and plagiarising it from other websites is the biggest sin a website owner could commit. Likewise for creation of artificial syntax structures for sole purpose of stuffing them with keywords. You’re cheating the system, and bots will soon pick up on that – not to mention your users. The structure and formatting of texts is also vital. Both search engine robots and users will appreciate paragraphing, use of headings, bolding, underlining or bullet pointing, as well as addition of tables, charts and pictures i.e. anything which will make reading easy and pleasant. The content should also be enriched with references, both internal and external.
